Out of all the April Fools' Day jokes I saw, I'd have to say Blizzard's were the best.

- New StarCraft II Unit: Tauren Marine
- World of Warcraft on a Console
- Diablo Loot Piñata
I especially liked the concept art vs actual screenshots of the new WoW game.
